利用自制的热塑性复合材料自动铺放设备制备了自动铺放成型制品,结合响应曲面法,进行了连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯预浸带的自动铺放成型工艺研究,分析了铺放成型过程中的3个主要工艺参数,加工温度、铺放压力、铺放速度及其交互作用对铺放制品性能的影响。建立了加工温度、铺放压力、铺放速度3个主要工艺参数对铺放制品性能影响的数学模型,分析了铺放制品性能随各个工艺参数的变化趋势,并进行了加工工艺参数的优化,得到最优参数组合。
The automatic lay-up molding products were prepared by using the self-made thermoplastic composite automatic placement equipment. The automatic lay-up molding technology of continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene prepreg tape was studied by the response surface method. Three main process parameters, processing temperature, laying pressure, laying speed and interaction of the laying of products performance. The mathematical model of the influence of three main process parameters, such as processing temperature, laying pressure and laying speed, on the performance of laid products was established. The trend of performance of laid products with various process parameters was analyzed, and the processing parameters were optimized. Get the best combination of parameters.
