近来在博客上看了一位从高三循环到高一的数学老师写的一篇教学心得,读后思索良久。这位老师说自己近三年一直担任着毕业班的数学教学工作,小有点成绩,便颇为自得。谁知今年下到高一却挫折连连,月考成绩一次不如一次。到最后连刚毕业的教师教学成绩都超过了自己。面子丢大了不说,还要被领导找去谈话。自己为失败找的理由是教得太粗,可是粗在哪呢?内心里说不出个子丑寅卯。联系笔者近期教研室的老师进行高中数学教学调研的情况
Recently read a blog from a high school mathematics teacher cycle to a freshman wrote a teaching experience, after reading a long time.
