目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)与呼吸衰竭合并发生采用无创机械通气治疗临床效果。方法本次选取226例AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者,其中126例采用无创机械通气治疗,100例应用常规方案治疗,回顾临床资料。结果观察组有效率为95.2%,对照组为72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭,采用无创正压通气治疗,临床疗效较理想,故值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) and respiratory failure. Methods A total of 226 AECOPD patients with respiratory failure were enrolled. Among them, 126 patients were treated with noninvasive mechanical ventilation and 100 patients were treated with conventional regimen. The clinical data were reviewed. Results The effective rate was 95.2% in observation group and 72% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions AECOPD with respiratory failure, using non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, the clinical efficacy is ideal, it is worthy of clinical application.
