核电厂调试是核电工程建设的重要阶段,通过调试验证设计、设备制造、安装的正确性,发现并处理问题,保证核电机组按总体性能要求运行。就核电厂调试目的、调试文件管理、调试结果分析及处理进行阐述,以辅助给水系统(ASG)为例介绍主要调试内容,并利用Flowmaster系统设计分析仿真软件对除氧器流量超出设计基准案例进行分析,解决调试过程中发现的问题。
Commissioning of nuclear power plants is an important stage in the construction of nuclear power projects. The correctness of design, equipment manufacture and installation is verified through commissioning, problems are found and solved, and nuclear power plants are guaranteed to operate according to the overall performance requirements. The purpose of the commissioning of the nuclear power plant, the commissioning of document management, the analysis of the commissioning result and the handling of the project are described.
