日本药典(第12版),收载天然药物有效成分的定量分析,包括20余种,7个有效成分,其含量测定均采用高效液相色谱法。例如,黄连类药物中小檗碱的含量,茛菪类药物中茛菪碱及东茛菪碱,以及熊果叶中果甙的含量测定等。药典中指定的含量测定预处理,液相色谱法分析条件。尚存在有多组分的干扰,预处理方法也不够完善。经岛津所改进预处理和色谱分析条件后,方法更简便易行,可排除干扰,同时存在多组分时,仍可定量测定其中有效成分的含量,实验部分如下:
