山西省的抗旱服务组织建设,已走过了11年的历程。11年来,在国家防总、水利部、财政部、省有关部门和各级领导的关心支持下,全省各级抗旱服务组织迅速发展,逐步壮大。现在,全省111个农业县、区全部建立了县级抗旱服务队,部分县区乡镇抗旱服务网点逐步健全,抗旱服务组织已成为山西省抗旱减灾斗争中的一支生力军。
Shanxi drought service organization has gone through 11 years of history. Over the past 11 years, with the care and support of the State General for Discipline Inspection, Water Resources, Ministry of Finance, relevant provincial departments and leaders at all levels, drought-relief service organizations at all levels in the province have developed rapidly and gradually expanded. At present, all the 111 agricultural counties and districts in the province have set up county-level drought relief service teams, and some drought-resistant service outlets in towns and villages in some counties and towns have been gradually improved. Drought relief service organizations have become a new force in the fight against drought and mitigation in Shanxi Province.
