水中氨氮的流动注射分光光度法在线检测

阐述了采取在流动注射体系中加气体扩散装置的方法,让水样中的NH3——N与NaOH载液反应生成NH3后透过气体分离膜,再在溴百里香酚兰吸收液中反应变色,用分光光度法测定。结果表明,在0~50mg/l区间内浓度与吸光度成良好的线形,其相关系数为0.995。本法测定水中NH3——N的含量,回收率达99%。 The method of adding gas diffusing device in flow injection system is described. The NH3 - N in water sample is reacted with NaOH carrier liquid to generate NH3 and then permeate through the gas separation membrane. The reaction is discolored in bromothymol blue absorption liquid, Measured spectrophotometrically.
