研究了室温和高温下,球墨铸铁QT400-18AL在模拟土壤加地下水环境中的腐蚀行为。利用宏观观察确定球墨铸铁在模拟土壤加地下水环境中的腐蚀类型,用SEM对腐蚀产物的形貌及元素含量进行了分析,通过XRD测试确定了腐蚀产物膜的物相,并利用电化学工作站对QT400-18AL在模拟土壤加水环境中室温和高温的电化学性质进行了研究。结果表明,在模拟土壤加地下水环境中,球墨铸铁QT400-18AL的腐蚀类型为均匀腐蚀,经腐蚀后球墨铸铁腐蚀表面的膜层主要由Fe(OH)3、Fe3O4、Ca CO3及Ca SO4构成,腐蚀温度升高降低球墨铸铁的腐蚀阻抗,腐蚀更易进行,但腐蚀温度升高不影响球墨铸铁腐蚀电化学反应过程。
The corrosion behavior of ductile iron QT400-18AL in simulated soil and groundwater environment was studied at room temperature and high temperature. The corrosion type of ductile cast iron in simulated soil and groundwater environment was determined by macroscopic observation. The morphology and elemental content of corrosion products were analyzed by SEM. The phase of the corrosion product film was determined by XRD. Electrochemical workstation The electrochemical properties of QT400-18AL at room temperature and high temperature in a simulated soil water environment were studied. The results show that the corrosion type of ductile cast iron QT400-18AL is uniform corrosion in the simulated soil plus groundwater environment, and the corroded surface of the ductile iron mainly consists of Fe (OH) 3, Fe3O4, CaCO3 and CaSO4, Corrosion temperature is lower than the corrosion resistance of ductile iron, corrosion is easier, but the corrosion temperature does not affect the ductile iron corrosion electrochemical reaction process.
