本文探讨益气聪明汤对中枢的药理作用。以利血平化小鼠模型观察益气聪明汤对各脑分区单胺类神经递质以及与神经递质的转运和贮存密切相关的 Na~+、K~+-ATP 酶,Mg~(++)-ATP 酶和线粒体 ATP 酶活力的影响。同时还测定了脑和血浆 cAMP 的含量。结果表明:益气聪明汤可显著提高利血平化小鼠下降的下丘脑去甲肾上腺素(NE)和纹状体多巴胺(DA)的水平(P<0.01),但对脑干5-羟色胺(5-HT)无明显作用。经拆方实验发现:党参、黄芪和甘草三味益气药可提高利血平化小鼠 Na~+、K~+-ATP 酶和 Mg~(++)-ATP 酶的活力(P<0.05)及全脑、血浆的 cAMP 含量(P<0.05)。 This article explores the pharmacological effects of Yiqi smart soup on the central nervous system.
