我国在进入21世纪以来,各项事业均取得了快速的发展,我国各项管理经验水平不断上涨,在这种时代大背景下,我国企业改革意识不断加深,预算管理改革是企业改革中一个非常重要的部分,企业领导人对于预算改革的重视程度也正不断加深。预算管理对于企业发展有着重大的影响,它可以通过多种多样的预算管理手段,强化企业自身的管理,提高管理水平,因此在企业当中进行预算改革是时代发展的必然趋势,是企业发展的必然要求。本文将主要从企业预算管理的基本概况、当前企业预算管理中存在的普遍问题、以及提高企业预算管理的对策这三个方面出发,对企业预算管理的问题与改革进行了浅析,希望本文提出的对策对于促进企业的长远发展,促进国家经济的增长起到推动作用。
