光镜下尿道入射性损伤评分,A、B、C、D组分别为(2.20±0.18)、(2.23±0.15)、(2.27±0.10)、(2.10±0.17)分,A、B、C组与D组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。
Objective: To study the radioactive injury of rabbits urethra with different doses of radioactive 125I particles. METHODS: Radioactive 125I seeds were implanted 1.0 cm next to the urethra of male rabbits under anesthesia. Radioactive particle activity of 125I particles were 14.8MBq (group A), 29.6MBq (group B) and 44.4MBq (group C), respectively. The control group (group D) Tube 1 grain. Four weeks after the implantation, the urethral films were taken and observed for the position of the particles. The incision of the original surgical incision was made. The urethral tissues of rabbits within 2.0 cm around the radioactive particles were observed under the naked eye, light microscope and electron microscope for radioactive injury . Results: Four weeks after operation, macroscopic and optical microscope observation showed that the urethral mucosa, submucosa and muscular layer around the particles in the experimental group and the control group were basically the same. Vacuolar degeneration, cavitation, crest sparse and other ultrastructural damage. The scores of incident urethral injury under light microscope were (2.20 ± 0.18), (2.23 ± 0.15), (2.27 ± 0.10) and (2.10 ± 0.17) in A, B, C and D groups, Compared with D group, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The mitochondria were detected by FlaMeng semi-quantitative analysis. The scores of A, B, C and D were (1.23 ± 0.13), (1.34 ± 0.25), (1.41 ± 0.30) and (1.12 ± 0.13) There was no significant difference between each group and group D (control group) (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Radioactive injury of radioactive 125I particles to urethra gradually aggravates with the increase of radioactive activity of the urethra, showing a significant radioactive effect. Normal doses of radioactive particles are very mild to the urethra and are safe and feasible.
