报告了国内首例bcr／abl反义核酸体外净化的慢性髓细胞白血病自体骨髓移植，净化后存留CFU－GM的bcr／ablmRNAPCR（－），移植后12月仍保持50％的Ph（－）造血重建，至今已无病生存30个月．反义核酸体外净化尚未见明显毒副作用．
Reported the first bcr / abl antisense nucleic acid purification of chronic myeloid leukemia autologous bone marrow transplantation in China, bcr / ablmRNAPCR (-) CFU-GM retained after purification, and maintained 50% of Ph (-) hematopoiesis after December transplantation Reconstruction, has been disease-free for 30 months. In vitro antisense nucleic acid purification has not yet seen significant side effects.
