随着我国社会主义市场经济的完善与发展,必然要求我国在法治的道路上继续前进以保证经济的发展。国家法治要求更完善、完备的司法诉讼制度。仅以当前我国刑事诉讼制度看,还有诸多差强人意之处,其中,警察出庭作证的不规范已是路人皆知的事实。规范警察出庭作证制度、强化警察出庭作证的规范化,对于我国法制化进程有着不可低估的作用。
With the perfection and development of the socialist market economy in our country, we inevitably demand that our country should continue to advance on the road of the rule of law so as to ensure economic development. The state law requires a more complete and complete system of judicial proceedings. Judging from the current system of criminal procedure in our country, there are still many unsatisfactory situations. Among them, the irregularities in which police testify in court have become known to all.
