压缩空气能够保持红外水分仪探头窗口的清洁无污染,但是压缩空气开启与否以及压力大小会对测量精度造成不同程度的影响。在仪器各项指标和参数固定的情况下,压缩空气压力越大,测量显示值越小;物料水分越大,受压缩空气压力影响越大;压缩空气从关闭到开启至0.1Mpa区间内对物料水分测量误差影响最大。
