本文叙述了呼吸性粉尘的采样方法和在同一呼吸性粉尘样品中测定游离二氧化矽及铁、镁、铜、铅的分析规程。采样是使用BDX44型个体采样器和BDX99R呼吸性粉尘采样头;样品经磷酸加热处理,使矽酸盐矿物和金属溶解,经过滤分离出游离二氧化矽残渣,滤液用来测定金属。残渣用氢氟酸溶解,然后在铜酸盐溶液中形成矽钼酸盐化合物,这个溶液用来测定矽。矽和金属的分析使用原子吸收光谱法。游离二氧化矽的检测限是4.5μg,变异系数是8.2%。并报告了一些作业场所的测定结果。
This paper describes a sampling method for respiratory dust and the determination of free silica and iron, magnesium, copper and lead in the same respirable dust sample. Samples were taken using a BDX44 individual sampler and a BDX99R respirable dust sampling head; the sample was phosphoric acid-heated to dissolve the silicate minerals and metal and the free silica residue was separated by filtration and the filtrate was used to determine the metal. The residue is dissolved in hydrofluoric acid, and then a silicomolybdate compound is formed in the cuprate solution. This solution is used to determine silicon. Silicon and metal analysis uses atomic absorption spectroscopy. The detection limit of free silica was 4.5 μg and the coefficient of variation was 8.2%. And reported the results of some operations.
