通过在某型变速器Ⅲ挡被动齿轮上设定1个断齿,利用振动加速度传感器对变速器箱体振动信号进行测试,并从时域波形和频率结构上对信号进行分析,有效地提取了变速器齿轮断齿时箱体振动信号的时域和频率特征利用光电转速传感器测量主离合器主动鼓齿轮周期,并根据变速器齿轮传动系统的构造,利用齿轮系统的传动比和各相关齿轮的齿数,理论推算出变速器齿轮断齿时箱体振动信号的频率构成,然后把理论推算的振动信号频率成分和试验分析得到的振动信号频率成分作比较,比较结果验证了试验结果的正确性。测量发动机曲轴输出的转矩波形,相比于变速器齿轮正常状态,变速器齿轮断齿状态下发动机曲轴转矩波形的脉动特征表现得更为明显。试验分析结果为变速器状态监测和故障诊断提供了依据。

The results of the test analysis provide the basis for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of transmission.
