目的 :探讨毛囊蠕形螨感染与皮肤病及皮肤肿瘤的关系。方法 :回顾性研究本院近 2年来的皮肤活检病理资料和乳腺癌根治手术标本的乳头 ,统计分析毛囊蠕形螨感染的好发部位、年龄以及与各种皮肤病、肿瘤的关系。 结果 :毛囊蠕形螨各部位感染率依次为乳头 (48.89%,6 6 / 135 ) >头面部 (2 9.2 1%,5 2 / 178) >外阴 (17.14 %,6 / 35 ) >其他部位 (4.4 2 %,8/ 181) ;各年龄段感染率 :2 0~ 2 9岁为 6 .76 %(5 / 74 ) ,30~ 39岁为 9.2 1%(7/ 76 ) ,4 0~ 4 9岁为 16 .4 7%(14 / 85 ) ,5 0~ 5 9岁为 2 3.33%(14 / 6 0 ) ,6 0~ 70岁 2 6 .2 6 %(2 6 / 99) ;各皮肤病的感染率 :上皮性肿瘤的感染率最高 5 6 .4 1%>(2 2 / 39) ,其后依次是瘤样病变18.5 8%(34/ 183)、软组织肿瘤 9.86 %(7/ 71)、非赘生性病变 2 .97%(3/ 10 1)。而上皮性肿瘤中又以基底细胞癌和外毛根鞘瘤蠕形螨的感染率为最高 (72 .72 %,16 / 2 2 )。结论 :本组资料表明 ,(1)乳头是毛囊蠕形螨感染发生率最高的部位 ,而非以往认为的头面部皮肤是毛囊蠕形螨最易感染的部位 ;(2 )毛囊蠕形螨感染与年龄有关 ,随年龄的增长感染机会增加 ;(3)上皮性肿瘤病变中毛囊蠕形螨的感染率最高 ,尤以基底细胞癌和外毛根鞘瘤感染最多
Objective: To investigate the relationship between Demodex folliculorum infection and skin diseases and skin tumors. Methods: A retrospective study of our hospital in the past two years biopsy pathological data and breast cancer radical surgical specimens of nipples, Demodex folliculorum infection statistics of the incidence of hair sites, age and with a variety of skin diseases, cancer. Results: The rates of infection of Demodex folliculorum in order of papillae (48.89%, 6 6/135)> head and face (2 9.21%, 5 2/178)> vulva (17.14%, 6/35) 4.4 2%, 8/181). The infection rates of all ages were 6.76% (5/74) in 20-29 years old, 9.21% (7/76) in 30-39 years old, 9 years old was 16.47% (14/85), 50.39 years old was 2.33% (14/60), 60-70 years old was 26.26% (26/99), The infection rate of dermatosis: the highest infection rate of epithelial tumors was 56.4% (2/39), followed by tumor-like lesions 18.5% (34/183), soft tissue tumors 9.86% (7 / 71), non-neoplastic lesions 2.97% (3/10 1). In epithelial tumors, the infection rate of Demodex was the highest in basal cell carcinoma and outer sheath root sheath tumors (72.72%, 16/2 2). Conclusion: The data in this study show that (1) the nipple is the highest incidence of hair follicle mite infection, rather than the previously considered head and face dermis is the most easily infected follicles Demodex mites parts; (2) Demodex folliculorum infection Age-related, with increasing age increased the chances of infection; (3) epithelial tumor lesions in the highest rate of infection of Demodex folliculorum, especially basal cell carcinoma and outer hair root sheath tumor infection
