近红外光谱一致性检验及相关系数法快速鉴别南板蓝根真伪优劣

目的建立快速无损鉴别南板蓝根真伪优劣的近红外光谱技术鉴别模型。方法选取“一阶导数+矢量归一化法”预处理方法,在8998.6~5373cm-1,4937.1~4023cm-1波长范围内,建立一致性检验模型;选取“二阶导数化”预处理方法,在6200~5500cm-1,5000~4700cm-1波长范围内,建立相关系数模型,对南板蓝根真伪优劣进行快速无损鉴别。结果135批南板蓝根样品均在设定CI=4限度范围内,49批伪劣品均在设定CI=4限度范围外;建立的相关系数模型在限度为0.99时,可将伪劣品药材与正品南板蓝根区分。一致性检验模型和相关系数模型均可鉴别南板蓝根真伪优劣。结论近红外光谱技术快速简便、结果准确,适用于南板蓝根真伪优劣的快速鉴别。 Objective To establish a rapid and non-destructive identification of the authenticity of South Banlangen by near-infrared spectroscopy identification model. The method chooses the method of “first derivative + vector normalization method” to establish the consistency test model in the wavelength range of 8998.6 ~ 5373cm-1, 4937.1 ~ 4023cm-1. Select “second derivative” Pretreatment method, in the wavelength range of 6200 ~ 5500cm-1, 5000 ~ 4700cm-1, the establishment of correlation coefficient model, the authenticity of false southern Banlangen fast and nondestructive identification. Results 135 samples of Southern Banlangen were set within the limits of CI = 4, 49 batches of counterfeit products were set CI = 4 limits outside the range; established correlation coefficient model limit of 0.99, Southern Banlangen distinguish. Consistency test model and correlation coefficient model can identify the authenticity of Southern Banlangen pros and cons. Conclusion Near-infrared spectroscopy is rapid and simple, accurate and accurate. It is suitable for the rapid identification of the authenticity of the Southern Banlangen.
