8月25日,中共阜新市委、市政府召开加强新时期和谐劳动关系建设工作会议。市委常委、总工会主席刘树峰通报了全市和谐劳动关系建设情况,提出了当前和谐劳动关系建设存在的问题和下步加强和谐劳动关系建设的主要工作。会议下发了《中共阜新市委、阜新市人民政府关于加强新时期和谐劳动关系建设的实施意见》,明确将构建和谐劳动关系纳入经济社会发展目标规划和对县区局班子绩效考核范围,建立健全考核和责任追究制度,各级劳动关系监督协调委员会具体负责和谐劳动关系建设工作。市委书记潘利国就此提出四点意见:一要把加强新时期
