在批发商场里,小档口不应经营多种门类的商品,而应集中经营一种门类的商品。道理很简单,如果经营一种门类的商品,那么就有空间经营该门类所有常用的商品;如果经营两个门类的商品,那么就只能经营每一门类的一半常用品种。顾客的购买目的很明确,一定直奔经营所需商品的档口,如果他觉得你品种不齐全,就会另选品种齐全的档口,而且很可能以后都不来了。来批发的顾客不但购买目标很明确,而且大多来去匆匆,实在没耐心在品种不全的档口走来走去。
