人机工程,是一门边缘科学。它是在第二次世界大战后发展起来的,在我国还处于初创时期。所用名称亦不甚一致,通常被称为人机工程学,人体工程学、人类工程学、宜人学、工程心理学、工效学等等。 人机工程学是研究人和机器之间最适宜的相互作用的方式和方法,使所设计的机器和工作环境适合人体务器官的要求,使整个人机系统的工作效率达到最优。近年来,这门科学已广泛应用于工业、国防、医学等领域。本文就半导体专用设备研究、设计中应用人机工程学的基本要求,及进行设计时应考虑的几个问题,作一简略介绍,以求所设计的专用设备更加适合人体的务器官要求。
Ergonomics is an edge science. It was developed after the Second World War and is still in its infancy in our country. The names used are also not very consistent, often referred to as ergonomics, ergonomics, ergonomics, demeanor, engineering psychology, ergonomics and so on. Ergonomics is the most suitable way and method to study the interaction between human and machine. The designed machine and working environment are suitable for human body and organ, and the working efficiency of the whole man-machine system is optimized. In recent years, this science has been widely used in industry, defense, medicine and other fields. This article on the semiconductor equipment for research, application of ergonomics basic requirements, and the design should consider several issues, make a brief introduction, in order to design the special equipment more suitable for human organ service requirements.
