成人教育学生与普通高校学生相比,有特殊的身份和经历,往往在学习方面表现出学习自卑、学习焦虑、学习倦怠、学习实用等学习消极心理,严重影响其学业的顺利完成。分析影响成人教育学生学习的消极心理及其产生的主要因素,提出具有针对性和实效性的教育管理举措,对于促进成人教育学生的全面发展具有重要的现实指导意义。
Compared with ordinary college students, adult education students have special identities and experiences. They often show negative psychology in learning such as learning inferiority, learning anxiety, learning burnout and learning practicality, which seriously affect the successful completion of their studies. Analyzing the negative psychology and the main factors that affect the learning of adult education students, and proposing the targeted and effective education and management measures are of great practical significance in promoting the all-round development of adult education students.
