人力资源是公司竞争力的体现,是企业生存和发展的不竭动力。长期以来,大多地方军工企业由于效益差、待遇低、工作环境差、地理环境偏僻,缺乏吸引和留住人才的引力,致使人才匮乏、人才流失严重。本文在阐述地方军工企业特点的基础上,着重分析陕开集团公司属下的陕开先锋有限公司人力资源方面存在的问题,并提出改进对策。
Human resources are a manifestation of a company’s competitiveness and an inexhaustible motive force for its survival and development. For a long time, most local military-industrial enterprises lacked the attractiveness of attracting and retaining talent due to poor efficiency, low salary, poor working environment and geographical environment, resulting in shortage of talents and serious brain drain. On the basis of expounding the characteristics of the local military enterprises, this article focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the human resources of the Shaanxi-Kaifeng Pioneer Co., Ltd. under the Shaanxi-Kai-Kai Group, and proposes improvement measures.
