课程改革是教学改革的核心,目前项目课程正逐步成为我国高职教育课程改革中具有代表性的课程模式。而在项目课程改革探索中,高职院校的教师在项目开发到实施阶段都发挥了重要作用。本文关注课程改革中教师的个人意义,对教师发挥课程改革的核心作用将起到积极有益的帮助,同时对新形势下教师的素质提出了新的要求。
Curriculum reform is the core of teaching reform. At present, the project curriculums are gradually becoming the representative curricular model in the curriculum reform of higher vocational education in our country. In the exploration of the project curriculum reform, the teachers in higher vocational colleges play an important role in the project development to the implementation stage. This article pays close attention to the individual meaning of the teachers in the curriculum reform, and plays an active and beneficial role in helping teachers play the core role of the curriculum reform. Meanwhile, it puts forward new requirements for the quality of teachers in the new situation.
