目的:探讨外伤性晶状体不全脱位行改良型囊袋张力环(MCTR)植入术的围手术期护理。方法:收集复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院2018年4月至7月外伤性晶状体不全脱位行超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合改良型囊袋张力环植入术者13例(13眼)，对其围手术期心理护理、眼部护理、病情观察、安全护理、用药护理、生活指导等护理经验进行总结。结果:本组13例经过全面的围手术期护理后均取得了良好的疗效，半年内未再发生晶状体脱位，无其他并发症发生。结论:改良型囊袋张力环植入术的围手术期护理保证了手术效果。“,”Objective:To investigate the perioperative nursing methods of modified capsular tension ring (MCTR) implantation for the treatment of traumatic subluxation of lens.Methods:Thirteen eyes of 13 patients with traumatic subluxation of lens underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with modified capsular tension ring (MCTR) implantation from Apr.2018 to Jul.2018 in Eye and ENT Hospital of Fudan University were collected. The perioperative nursing experience of psychological nursing, eye nursing, condition observation, safety nursing, medication nursing and life guidance were summarized.Results:Thirteen patients all achieved good results after comprehensive perioperative nursing, and no recurrence of crystal dislocation or other complication occurred in half year.Conclusion:Perioperative nursing measures of modified capsular tension ring implantation guarantees the surgery efficacy.
