目的探讨孕期诊断剂量超声辐照对子代学习记忆能力是否有影响。方法对孕18d的SD大鼠分别给予10min,20min,30min的诊断剂量(3.0MHz,MI=1.6,Tis=1.8)超声辐照,对照组进行假辐照。仔鼠出生后20d及60d进行Morris水迷宫行为测试,评价其学习记忆能力。结果30min组仔鼠在水迷宫测试中内环得分(0.1193±0.0810)及第Ⅰ象限游泳时间得分(0.5233±0.1375)与对照组得分(0.2128±0.0841,0.2312±0.1495)之间的差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),内环得分降低。而20min以下照射组与对照组的内环得分及第Ⅰ象限游泳时间得分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论诊断剂量的超声辐照孕鼠30min可对仔鼠的学习记忆能力产生影响。
Objective To investigate whether the diagnostic dose ultrasound during pregnancy can influence the learning and memory abilities of offspring. Methods Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were irradiated with 10 min, 20 min and 30 min diagnostic doses (3.0 MHz, MI = 1.6, Tis = 1.8) Morris water maze test was performed on the pups 20 days and 60 days after birth to evaluate their learning and memory abilities. Results The differences of the inner ring score (0.1193 ± 0.0810) and the swimming time score of the first quadrant (0.5233 ± 0.1375) and the score of the control group (0.2128 ± 0.0841,0.2312 ± 0.1495) in the water maze test at 30min were significant Significance (P <0.05), the inner ring score decreased. However, there was no significant difference between the scores of the inner ring and the I quadrant swimming time in the irradiation group and the control group after 20 minutes (P> 0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic dose of ultrasonic irradiation pregnant rats 30min can affect the learning and memory ability of offspring.
