一、当前企业职工教育形势的基本分析。 “八五”期间,企业职工教育贯彻全国教育工作会议精神和《中国教育改革和发展纲要》,遵照中央关于“我国经济建设必须转移到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质轨道上来”的战略方针,加大了职工教育力度,取得了显著成效,为提前完成企业“八五”科研生产目标做出了重要贡献。
