氨浸法处理废旧轮胎用钢帘线的热力学研究

湿法冶金反应过程中的热力学研究,可以揭示反应过程中反应热变化规律、反应进行的可能性以及反应自动进行的条件.选用处理后的废旧轮胎用钢帘线,对其采用氨浸法脱除表面镀层的过程进行了热力学分析,考察了氨浓度、温度、处理时间、液固比等对钢帘线表面镀层脱除的影响.研究结果为采用氨浸法处理废旧轮胎用钢帘线的实验研究提供理论依据.
