国务院办公厅印发的《老年教育发展规划(2016-2020年)》把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观作为老年大学的重点推进项目提出来,体现了社会主义中国老年大学的根本特色。社会主义核心价值观是公民思想道德建设的核心,是学校德育工作的灵魂,也是当代老年人的价值取向。老年大学作为社会主义核心价值观在老年教育群体中传播的重要阵地,应该使核心价值观在校园中像空气一样无所不在,像水一样时时不可缺少。要强化“老年大学要把培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观作为一项根本任务”的责任意识;要善于从中华民族优秀文化中汲取营养,寻找源泉;学校与社会要积极为老年群体搭建践行社会主义核心价值观的平台。
The “Plan for Development of Education for Elderly Development (2016-2020)” issued by the General Office of the State Council puts forward the cultivation and practice of the core values of socialism as a key promotion project for the elderly colleges and universities, and embodies the fundamental characteristics of the socialist old-age university in China. The core values of socialism are the core of the ideological and moral construction of citizens, the soul of school moral education and the value orientation of the contemporary elders. As an important front for the dissemination of the socialist core values among the elderly education groups, the elder universities should make the core values all-embracing on the campus like air, indispensable to water from time to time.
