潞城市公安局交通警察大队现有民警42人,下设一室四科三个中队,担负着全市4343名机动车驾驶员、8502辆摩托车、3650余辆农用车的管理任务,承担着309、207国道61.5公里,太长线、河潞线、李东线等省道30公里以及十余条乡镇公路81.2公里的交通秩序管控、交安宣传、事故查处等管理工作。地处晋、冀、豫三省交汇地段,是上党地区出省公路交通大动脉。
