目的探讨激励机制在无偿献血志愿工作发展中的作用。方法增进与无偿献血志愿者的交流,深入了解他们的需求,根据其多元化的需求,适时有效地进行激励。结果通过实施因人而异的多种激励措施,激发无偿献血志愿者的工作热情。结论建立充分、有效的激励机制,促进无偿献血志愿工作的持续、稳定、健康发展,是采供血机构无偿献血志愿工作进一步发展的必然趋势。
Objective To explore the role of incentive mechanism in voluntary blood donation development. Methods to enhance exchanges with volunteer blood donors to understand their needs in depth, according to their diverse needs, timely and effective incentives. Results Through the implementation of a variety of incentive measures that vary from person to person, volunteers are encouraged to work passionately. Conclusion The establishment of a full and effective incentive mechanism to promote the sustained, stable and healthy development of the volunteer work of voluntary blood donation is an inevitable trend for the further development of volunteer blood donation voluntary blood donation work.
