采用细胞色素氧化酶组织化学法观察青光安颗粒剂对实验性高眼压大鼠视网膜节细胞代谢功能的影响。结果表明:青光安颗粒剂治疗后的高眼压模型眼视网膜CO活性节细胞和高CO活性节细胞密度与对照组高眼压模型眼比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。说明青光安颗粒剂具有保护和改善急性高眼压后大鼠视网膜CO活性节细胞的作用。
Cytochrome oxidase histochemistry was used to observe the effect of Qingguang’an granules on the metabolism of retinal ganglion cells in rats with experimental high intraocular pressure. The results showed that the density of retinal CO-activated cells and high-CO activity cells in the eye with high-intraocular pressure model after treatment with Qingguangan granules was significantly different from that in the control group with high intraocular pressure (P<0.01). . It was demonstrated that the Qingguang’an granules had the effect of protecting and improving the retinal CO activity of rat retina after acute ocular hypertension.
