随着中医及中西医结合的发展,目前出现了一些常用中药的短缺现象。解决的方法有多种,类同中草药互代就属其一。由于中草药的功效及适应症广,欲想使其全同、相等地互相替代是个复杂问题,但有些中草药在性味、功效上确有颇为近似之处。用药者如会相互换用,就有取之不尽的药源。在此,我想谈些个人浅见,以供同道参考。 With the development of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, there are currently some shortages of commonly used Chinese medicine. There are many ways to solve this problem. Due to the efficacy and indications of Chinese herbal medicines, it is a complex issue to make them identical or equal substitutes. However, there are some similarities in the taste and efficacy of some Chinese herbal medicines. If drug users switch to each other, there will be inexhaustible sources of medicine. Here, I would like to talk about some personal views for reference.
