目的探讨分析单叶细辛对寒饮射肺证模型大鼠层粘连蛋白(LN)及透明质酸(HA)含量的影响。方法 50只无特定病原体(SPF)级Wistar大鼠,依照寒饮射肺证模型进行造模,随机分成对照组和观察组,各25只。对照组采用生理盐水灌胃,观察组采用单叶细辛灌胃。比较两组大鼠肺泡灌洗液与血清中的HA、LN水平。结果 4周后,观察组大鼠肺泡灌洗液与血清中的HA、LN水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单叶细辛在寒饮射肺证模型大鼠的治疗中发挥出较好的治疗作用,可显著降低大鼠体内LN及HA含量。
Objective To investigate the effects of Leucae xin on the levels of laminin (LN) and hyaluronic acid (HA) in rats with lungs and lungs. Methods Fifty Wistar rats without specific pathogen (SPF) were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 rats in each group. The control group was given gavage with normal saline, and the observation group was treated with single-leaf asarum gavage. The levels of HA and LN in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks, the levels of HA and LN in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Single leaf asarum play a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of cold drink lungs syndrome model rats, can significantly reduce the content of LN and HA in rats.
