文章基于模糊综合评价理论,并结合层次分析法与改进熵权法对模糊综合评价法进行了改进,并对影响新疆地区各有关村镇农村饮水安全的主要因素进行了量化分析与权重的计算,具体而言,是以农村饮水安全状况为目标,以水量、水质、综合供水三个因素为准则,构建了包含11个衡量指标的农村因素安全综合评价体系,结果表明,新疆地区农村饮水水量基本处于安全水平,而供水和水质安全水平较弱。
Based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper improves the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method by combining analytic hierarchy process with the improved entropy method, and makes a quantitative analysis and weight calculation of the main factors that affect the safety of drinking water in all the villages and towns in Xinjiang. In terms of drinking water safety in rural areas as the goal, the water quality, water quality and integrated water supply as the guideline, a comprehensive evaluation system of rural factor safety including 11 indicators was constructed. The results show that the rural drinking water quantity in Xinjiang is basically at Safe level, while the water supply and water quality safety level is weak.
