近日,唐山钢铁集团公司技术中心与二炼钢厂密切配合,发挥 LF 精炼炉全功能处理品种钢,采用精练工艺成功生产出B 级船用角钢。B 级船用角钢对低温冲击性能要求较严,需要钢水中含有一定量的酸溶铝。生产含铝钢在小方坯连铸浇钢中易发生水口结瘤。唐钢技术中心和二炼钢厂经过反复研究,终于攻克了这一难题。
