从体系结构方面研究多机系统中的通信问题,探讨了一种新的多机结点结构——DI-multicomputer,它能够提供比现有的多机结构更高的存储和通信性能。它把路由器集成到每个处理结点中,去掉了存储器总线接口,采用了多包处理机制以实现基于“包选路”的高性能的存储接口。DI—multicomputer网络接口根据消息的不同类型把它们导入不同的存储层次,对短消息和长消息都提供了很好的通信。模拟测试结果表明,该机器的通信机制能使其最高性能达到现有结构多机系统的四倍。
From the aspect of architecture, it studies the communication problems in multi-machine system and explores a new multi-machine node architecture --DI-multicomputer, which can provide higher storage and communication performance than the existing multi-machine architecture. It integrates the router into each processing node, removes the memory bus interface, and employs a multi-packet processing mechanism to achieve a high-performance storage interface based on “packet routing.” DI-multicomputer network interface according to the different types of messages into different storage levels, for both short messages and long messages have provided good communication. Simulation results show that the communication mechanism of the machine can achieve the highest performance of four times of the existing multi-machine system.
