研究了空间曲率半径对管材激光螺旋切割后切割质量指标的影响。当管径不变、螺距增大时 ,随着空间曲率半径的增加 ,切缝宽度、热影响区宽度及切口横截面半垂直度增大 ,切口表面粗糙度减小。热积累和预热效应是造成上述现象的主要原因
The effect of space curvature radius on cutting quality index after laser helical cutting was studied. When the pipe diameter is constant and the pitch is increased, the kurtosis width, the width of the heat affected zone and the semi-perpendicularity of the cross-section increase with the increase of the radius of curvature. The roughness of the cut surface decreases. Heat accumulation and preheating are the main causes of the above phenomena
