目的:建立呋喃西林滑石粉中呋喃西林的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在374nm处测定制剂中呋喃西林的含量。结果:在6.464~9.696mg/L范围内,呋喃西林在波长374nm处与吸收度线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=5)。平均回收率为100.8%,Rsd为0.57%。结论:该方法可用于呋喃西林滑石粉的质量控制,方法简单可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of nitrofurazone in nitrofurazone talc. Methods: UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of nitrofural in the preparation at 374 nm. Results: In the range of 6.464 ~ 9.696mg / L, nitrofurantine showed a good linear relationship with absorbance at 374nm (r = 0.9999, n = 5). The average recovery was 100.8% and Rsd was 0.57%. Conclusion: This method can be used for the quality control of nitrofurazone talc. The method is simple and reliable.
