本文以三牙轮钻头大轴滑动轴承的工况、摩擦状态及轴承材料为根据,推导出承载区张角为155°左右,因而磨损区也只发生在这个范围内。这一结果与现场使用的轴承磨损失效情况相符,这就为改进轴承结构,将其余205°左右的非承压区全部切制出新月形油槽提供了理论依据。同时本文对具有新月形油槽的滑动轴承能减轻磨损,提高寿命的机理进行了初步分析。
In this paper, based on the working conditions, frictional state and bearing material of the trilobular long-axis plain bearing, it is deduced that the opening angle of bearing zone is about 155 °, so the wear zone only occurs in this range. This result is in line with the wear condition of the bearing used in the field, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the bearing structure and cutting all the remaining non-pressure zone about 205 ° out of the crescent shaped oil groove. At the same time, this paper has a preliminary analysis of the mechanism that the plain bearing with crescent shaped oil groove can reduce the wear and improve the service life.
