卫星的高速运动引起的大的载波频率偏移是LEO卫星通信中的典型问题,并且传输允许控制也很重要,因为通信请求数超过系统容量将会影响系统的正常工作,造成通信质量的下降。这里介绍了一种根据终端观察到的多普勒频移进行流控制的方法,该方法利用了终端观测到的多普勒频移是终端到卫星的最大仰角和时间的函数的特性,卫星通过调整这两个参数来控制允许传输范围来实现流控制,仿真表明该方法能很有效地进行流量控制。
The large carrier frequency offset caused by high-speed satellites is a typical problem in LEO satellite communications, and transmission admission control is also important because the number of requests for communication that exceeds the system capacity will affect the normal operation of the system, resulting in degraded communications.
