目的调查蓬莱市某二甲医院法定传染病报告情况,及时掌握该医院的传染病报告疾病谱及流行特征,为进一步提高传染病报告工作、为医院制订防治策略及采取控制措施提供依据。方法对2010~2014年该医院传染病报告资料,按照传染病传播途径、流行特征进行描述性分析,计算相关指标。结果 2010~2014年蓬莱市某二甲医院共报告法定传染病23种3 272例,无甲类传染病报告,其中乙类传染病13种1 122例,占报告传染病总数的34.28%;丙类传染病5种1 962例,占报告传染病总数的59.95%,其他传染病5种189例,占报告传染病总数的5.77%。排名前5位的传染病分别是手足口病、病毒性肝炎、感染性腹泻、肺结核和细菌性痢疾,男女传染病病例数性别比为1.78:1(2097/1 176),0~9岁儿童高居病例数前位,报告最多的前三种职业是散居儿童、农民和幼托儿童,5-8月报告病例数最多,占全年病例总数的65.99%。肠道传染病为主,占病例总数的75.13%。2010~2014年,该医院传染病报告病例数呈下降趋势。结论该医院2010~2014年传染病报告以丙类传染病的手足口病、乙类传染病的病毒性肝炎和肺结核为主,法定传染病报告呈下降趋势,发热伴血小板减少综合征成为病死率最高的传染病,应根据不同季节、不同人群继续做好医院传染病监测、防控工作。
Objective To investigate the report of notifiable infectious diseases in a NCHH hospital in Penglai and find out the disease spectrum and epidemiological characteristics of the hospital in order to further improve the reporting of infectious diseases and provide evidences for the hospital to formulate control strategies and take control measures. Methods From 2010 to 2014, the hospital infectious disease report data, in accordance with the spread of infectious diseases, epidemiological characteristics of descriptive analysis, calculate the relevant indicators. Results A total of 2272 cases of 23 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported by a NCHP from 2010 to 2014 in Penglai City. There were 13 cases of Class I infectious diseases, accounting for 34.28% of the total reported cases of infectious diseases. Five kinds of 1 492 kinds of infectious diseases accounted for 59.95% of the total number of reported infectious diseases and 189 kinds of other infectious diseases, accounting for 5.77% of the total number of reported infectious diseases. The top five infectious diseases were hand-foot-mouth disease, viral hepatitis, infectious diarrhea, tuberculosis and bacillary dysentery. The number-sex ratio of male and female infectious diseases was 1.78: 1 (2097/1 176), and children aged 0-9 The top three occupations that reported the highest number of cases were scattered children, peasants and kindergarten children. The number of reported cases in May-August was the largest, accounting for 65.99% of the total number of cases in the year. Intestinal infectious diseases, accounting for 75.13% of the total number of cases. From 2010 to 2014, the number of reported cases of infectious diseases in the hospital showed a downward trend. Conclusions The report of infectious diseases in 2010 ~ 2014 in this hospital is mainly hand-foot-mouth disease of type C infectious diseases, viral hepatitis of type B infectious diseases and tuberculosis. The report of notifiable infectious diseases shows a decreasing trend. Fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome becomes the mortality rate The highest infectious diseases should be based on different seasons, different populations continue to do a good job in monitoring of infectious diseases in hospitals, prevention and control work.
