人文素质教育与科学技术教育的融合、渗透、互补、共同发展已成为国际教育改革的新趋势。通过对湖南铁道职业技术学院学生人文教育现状调查分析,指出人文教育与技术教育和谐发展应建设人文知识和技术知识丰富的教师队伍、开设专门的人文素质课程,在技术教育中渗透人文素质教育,凸显公共课程人文素质教育功能,充分发挥课外活动的人文性质,并以英语教学为例提出人文教育与技术教育和谐发展的教学实例。
The integration, penetration, complementarity and common development of humane quality education and science and technology education have become the new trend of international education reform.
