农村集体经济是健全和完善我国统分结合双层经营体系的关键,其对于农村经济效益的提升以及村级治理水平的增强有着决定性意义。在十九大会议中,国家首次提出了实施乡村振兴战略,而发展壮大农村集体经济是落实战略的重要抓手。然而,我国农村集体经济在发展中还存在很多的问题,面临着诸多挑战,所以,建议立足区域实际发展水平,完善产权制度,合理分配使用各项资源,满足市场需求。
