通过以岗位技术培训为主体内容的企业工人培训提高工人知识和技能水平,增强企业竞争能力,推进企业发展,是企业培训工作始终的主题,是企业培训的重要组成部分。然而企业由高速发展期进入成熟期后,随着生产、技术、人员的变化速率降低,工人培训出现了需求降低、动力不足的问题,工人培训效果大打折扣,长此以往,工人技能退化,必定损害企业竞争力。如何解决这些问题?按照人力资源培训理论,学习是一个连续的过程,培训不应该被认为是在个人职业生涯的不同点上的简单的提供短期的和孤立的课程,培训要推行持续发展。因此,工人岗位培训推行可持续发展是解决问题的良策。
It is an always-present subject of enterprise training and an important part of enterprise training through training of enterprise workers with post technical training as the main content to improve workers’ knowledge and skills, enhance their competitiveness and promote their development. In the long run, workers’ skills have to be deteriorated, Competitiveness. How to solve these problems? According to the theory of human resources training, learning is a continuous process. Training should not be regarded as simply providing short-term and isolated courses at different points of personal career. Training should be carried out continuously. Therefore, the promotion of workers’ job training in sustainable development is a good solution to the problem.
