目的研究血府逐瘀口服液的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent HC C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:0.2%甲酸水溶液-乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量为1.0 mL/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为254、320、400 nm;进样量:10μL。计算10批样品指纹图谱的数量相似度和程度相似度。结果确定了20个共有峰,10批样品指纹图谱的数量相似度在0.80以上,程度相似度在0.57以上。结论程度相似度比数量相似度更能反映样品的内在差异。
Objective To study the HPLC fingerprint of Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid. Method using high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Agilent HC C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: 0.2% aqueous formic acid-acetonitrile, gradient elution; volume flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; column temperature was 25°C; detection wavelength was 254, 320 400 nm; injection volume: 10 μL. Calculate the similarity and degree similarity of the 10 batches of sample fingerprints. As a result, 20 common peaks were identified. The similarity of fingerprints of the 10 batches of samples was above 0.80, and the degree of similarity was above 0.57. Conclusion The degree similarity can reflect the inherent difference of the sample more than the quantitative similarity.
