采用碳纤维在电脑横机上编织了5种不同组织结构的纬编针织物,将其作为复合材料增强体,选用环氧树脂为基体,采用手糊法复合工艺制成复合材料板材。测试分析了5种复合材料的弯曲应力和挠度,探究了碳纤维纬编针织复合材料的横纵向弯曲性能。试验表明,纬编针织物复合材料的纵向弯曲强度大于横向弯曲强度,且复合材料的弯曲性能与其组织结构、纱线取向、承载纱线根数等因素有关。
Five types of weft-knitted fabrics with different structure were knitted on carbon fiber flat knitting machine by carbon fiber, which was used as reinforcements of composite materials. Epoxy resin was chosen as matrix, and composite sheet was made by hand lay-up method. The bending stress and deflection of five kinds of composites were analyzed and tested. The transverse and longitudinal bending properties of carbon fiber weft knitted composite were investigated. The test shows that the longitudinal bending strength of weft knitted fabric composite is greater than the transverse bending strength, and the bending property of the composite material is related to its structure, yarn orientation and the number of bearing yarns.
