在实验动物的辐照剂量与效应关系研究中,动物体内器官剂量的研究报道极少。为了解动物体内剂量分布情况和正确分析器官剂量效应关系,应先准确估算受照动物体内器官剂量。本文采用热释光剂量计(TLD)埋入大白鼠体内的方法,测量鼠器官的相对剂量(与体表剂量的比值)。实验方法:用TLD-100(LiF 1/8·1/8·1/28英寸)热释光剂量元件,为防止剂量元件受体液沾染,涂上红色石蜡。此元件用外科手术埋入成年雄性Wistar大白鼠的肝、脾、睾丸和股骨等组织内。肝脏
In the experimental animal irradiation dose and effect of the relationship between the study of animal organ dose rarely reported.
