牵引齿轮是电力机车和内燃机车重要的传动部件之一,它将牵引电动机的动力直接传给轮对。因此,经常在高速、重载下运行,工作条件苛刻的牵引齿轮常发生各种破坏型式,其中尤以轮齿的疲劳断裂居多,直接影响了机车的可靠运行。为研究和解决牵引齿轮的疲劳破坏,我们与戚所联合设计并各自制造了一台牵引齿轮弯曲疲劳试验台。通过试验台进行轮齿的弯曲疲劳试验,可以评价材料、热处理对齿轮疲劳强度极限和寿命的影响,以及研究齿形对齿轮强度的影响,为齿轮设计提供依据。
Traction gears are one of the most important driving components of electric locomotives and diesel locomotives. They transmit the power of the traction motor directly to the wheelset. Therefore, often in the high-speed, heavy-duty operation, harsh working conditions of traction gear often occur a variety of types of damage, especially in the fatigue of the majority of gear teeth, a direct impact on the reliable operation of the locomotive. In order to study and solve the fatigue damage of the traction gears, we jointly designed with Qi and manufactured a traction gear bending fatigue test bench. The bending fatigue test of gear tooth on the test bench can evaluate the effect of material and heat treatment on fatigue strength limit and service life of gears and study the influence of gear shape on gear strength and provide basis for gear design.
