本文以双子表面活性剂十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚双季铵盐和十二烷基硫酸钠,在微波条件下改性钠化膨润土,制备了微波有机膨润土。产品用X射线衍射分析、红外光谱分析和热失重分析进行了结构表征,研究了其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能。结果表明:有机膨润土的底面层间距可增大至3.74nm。有机膨润土对150mg/L的亚甲基蓝染料的最大去除率和吸附量分别可达99.73%和74.80mg/g。有机膨润土对亚甲基蓝的吸附规律复合Langmuir速率方程。
In this paper, gemini surfactant octadecylamine polyoxyethylene ether quaternary ammonium salt and sodium lauryl sulfate modified sodium bentonite under microwave conditions to prepare microwave organic bentonite. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, FTIR and TG analysis. The adsorption properties of methylene blue were studied. The results show that the spacing of the bottom layer of organic bentonite can be increased to 3.74nm. The maximum removal rate and adsorption capacity of organic bentonite to 150mg / L methylene blue dye were 99.73% and 74.80mg / g, respectively.
